Description

Situated on a peninsula, the complex is structured around a green atrium that provides access to the water on two sides. Large strip windows and the staggered segmented body with the x-shaped upper storey also reveal views of the water. Above a dark clinker plinth, the building is clad in a fine-structured laminated metal façade in warm copper tones.
