AXA informed its customers via letter about an insurance cost adjustment. Each letter included a link to an individualised landing page with a personalised video. With the help of the “Personal Business Machine” and over 50 personalisation parameters, the communication was highly individualised und multimedia-based. The customer received a personal and emotional explanation. The result: a better understanding of the issue and fewer contract terminations.
