Schaden-App „HDI hilft.“

Description

The claims app “HDI helps” (= interaction platform for claims in the area of ??cars, private liability as well as residential buildings and household items) is available as a “native” app and as a mobile web application. The customer notifies HDI of the claim by phone and receives the personalised app, which is tailored to the case, by means of a push function, in order to then add relevant claim information and pictures and to send them digitally. Communication is faster and easier.
