Description
The “Wilo-Ultra Boost” is an employer branding project to target the young generation and add cool aspects to the rejuvenated tradition brand. The heritage of a family business which attractively reaches out to young people constitutes this branding environment. Consequently, the project was implemented with young creatives from the “Ruhr area”. The shoe itself is also an “ambassador” of the theme of employer branding at Wilo and links digital devices with content.
