In the context of the digital strategy of HDI, this project aims to get the sales agents ready for the digital market. In coaching and seminars, the agents learn about the four different aspects of the programme. These include an individualised website for each agent, customer reviews, social media, online consultations and regional online marketing. The goal is to establish the traditional sales agent in the digital world and to optimise the sales department for the future.
